MADE TO ORDER
Pickup orders are available at our Baxter site as early as Wednesdays, you will receive a text from us in regards to address and pickup time schedules (we are have set days and times to co-ordinate our open times)
Same week dispatch is available for orders made by Monday’s 9pm AEST
All delivery orders are generally dispatched on Thursdays and/or Fridays each week (please note on our busier times we may have additional earlier days which can vary the delivery schedule below)
All deliveries are outsourced through a cold courier service we hire called Blackbird Logistics.
You will receive an email from them the night before your expected delivery day along with a live tracking link allowing you to see where the driver is and when to expect them to arrive at your address. We strongly advise to ensure your goods not to be left unattended for longer than 1-2 hours (on cold weather days) or be left in a spot that is not sheltered. IF you are unsure if you will be home please use a work address or family/friends address where the goods can be received and put in a fridge or preferably freezer upon delivery. Horribly Healthy does not hold liability in the event a package has been spoiled due to being left unattended or incorrect shipping information is given.
Depending on your location will depend when your delivery will be. See the current schedule below to determine when your area is serviced
(Remember we cannot guarantee same week delivery if orders are made after our cutoff day/time. We are just a couple of mums trying our best to provide these damn delicious goodies)
Melbourne Metro: Every weekday
Yarra Valley Region: Wednesday’s + Friday’s
Ballarat Region: Wednesdays
Mansfield Region: Tuesdays
Mornington Peninsula: Thursdays +/or Friday’s
Gippsland + Phillip Island Regions: Monday’s + Thursday’s
